Work Will Begin on N-58, East of Boelus

Sept. 20, 2024 (Grand Island, Neb.) — Weather permitting, work will begin Sept. 25 on N-58, at reference post 19+25, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
Van Kirk Sand & Gravel, Inc. of Sutton is the contractor for this project. Work includes grading, culvert replacement and concrete pavement. Traffic will be maintained with flagging and temporary traffic signals. A 12-foot width restriction will be in effect. Anticipated completion is Jan. 2025.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and to put phones down.
