Navigating Brain Fog program starts Sept. 12 at St. Francis
Grand Island–CHI Health St. Francis’ free program helps restore brain function and capacity after cancer treatment or COVID-19.
Navigating Brain Fog, facilitated by specially-trained health care professionals, is a 6-week course starting Thursday, Sept. 12 in Conference Room 6A/B at the hospital. The program is intended for adults who have noticed changes in their ability to recall, multi-task, organize or find the right word in a conversation due to cancer treatments or COVID-19. Weekly sessions will share strategies to improve brain fog, including how to reshape the brain to function at its highest capacity. The small, supportive group setting also provides opportunities to ask questions and share insights.
