Brief Narrative: Dilan Guzman Fontes was contacted 1319 S Sylvan St. and fled from police. Dilan was later located at the corner of Eddy St. and Fonner Park Ave. after he was exhausted from running through several yards while trying to escape from being arrested. Dilan was arrested for Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Controlled Substance and a Douglas County Warrant.

Brief Narrative: On 10/13/2024, officers received a call for service referencing an assault. The female victim claimed the male pushed her on the bed, got on top of her, and slapped her approximately 15 times. The female also stated the male punched her in her eye causing her to have redness and bruising. The female alleges the male pulled her hair and made her hair fall out. She states he choked her for approximately 15 seconds causing her to feel lightheaded. She claims while he was choking her he told her he was going to break her neck. The female alleges she told the male several times she wanted to leave and to let her leave but claims the male made her call her ride and lie to her ride that she was safe and going to stay with the male. Dilan Guzman Fontes was contacted on 10/14/2024 and placed under arrest for Assault 3rd Degree, Strangulation, False Imprisonment 1st degree and Terroristic Threats.
