Hunting Accident In Hamilton County

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a weekend hunting accident that’s left a teen in critical condition.
In a news release posted to the sheriff’s office facebook page, deputies were notified Sunday that a 17-year-old male suffered a gunshot wound while he was hunting with friends in southern Hamilton County.
The male is currently in critical condition at a Lincoln hospital.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate the incident with the assistance of the Nebraska State Patrol.
