Grand Island Baseball Nips Northstar
(Grand Island, NE) - The Grand Island Senior High baseball team picked up win number 15 on Tuesday night at Ryder Park defeating Lincoln Northstar by a final score of 4-3. GI would get two hits each from Ethan Foley and Ian Erends. Arends and Ruiz would have two RBI's each in the game. GI would get five innings on the mound from Grayson Sack giving up four hits and two runs with four strikeouts. Gabe Ruiz would come in for the final two innings giving up one and one run to go with his one strikeout in relief.
Grand Island is now 15-6 on the season and will be back in action on Thursday, April 26th hosting Lincoln Southwest at Ryder Park with a first pitch at 6:30 pm.
