Offense: Terroristic Threats

Offender: 12 yr old female
Date and Time of Incident: between 2/2/25 & 2/3/25
Location of Incident: 817 W 16th St
Brief Narrative: On 02/03/2025 at 1730 hours officers responded to 817 16th St. W. for a reported disturbance. While on scene officers were made aware of a separate incident which occurred on 02/02/2025 at around 2000-2100 hours. A victim reported that his juvenile sister had armed herself with a knife in the home and approached him with the blade in her hand pointed at his person. The mother of the suspect added that the juvenile made a direct verbal threat to injury the victim with the knife while walking towards him. The juvenile was later cited for Terroristic Threats and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.

Location of Incident: 917 W 3rd St
Brief Narrative: A female reported her husband was "acting belligerent" and had been drinking. Upon arrival, the female stated that her husband threw her cane at her, hitting her leg and causing pain. Before officers completed the victim interview, the female told officers to leave her home.
