Victim: 26 yr old male Incident #: L25012394
Offender: Issac Brown & Caden Faubion
Date and Time of Incident: between 1/27/25 & 1/28/25
Location of Incident: 3354 W Stolley Park Rd
Brief Narrative: On 01/28/2025, Officers responded to report of a theft near Stolley Park Rd. and Highway 281. The victim stated that between 01/27/2025 at approximately 0700 hours, and 01/28/2025 at 1700 hours, an unknown person entered his vehicle and removed multiple items totaling $550.00. Caden Faubion and Isaac Brown were identified by video footage from a nearby business as the two males who entered into the victim's vehicle and stole two firearms and two chainsaws. Two chainsaws and a revolver were recovered. Caden admitted to officers that he and Isaac Brown were involved in the theft. Isaac Brown is a convicted felon as of 09/27/2019 from Lincoln County, NE. Caden Faubion is a convicted felon as of 01/17/2024 from Hall County, NE. A search incident to arrest found brass knuckles located on Caden's person.

Victim: Napa Auto Parts Incident #: L25012683
Offender: Sariana Monsivais
Date and Time of Incident: between 12/20/24 & 1/17/25
Location of Incident: 2908 Old Fair Rd
Brief Narrative: Napa Auto Parts reported the theft of over $1,500 by an employee. Documentation indicated that Sariana Monsivais made fraudulent "returns" from invoices, crediting the return money to her bank account on at least five different occasions. Sariana initially claimed the credit card was stolen from her at work but still acknowledged inputting the fraudulent transactions. The credit card was later found on her person. Sariana was arrested for Theft.

Location of Incident: W 2nd St & N Locust St
Brief Narrative: Officers observed a black 2016 Chevrolet Silverado traveling eastbound on W 2nd St. and N Locust St. The vehicle was traveling the wrong way on a one way. A traffic stop was conducted on W 2nd St. and N Locust St. Officers observed the driver of the vehicle (Luis Conteras Ocana) and the front passenger (Maylen Figueras Zambrano) of the vehicle, switch seats. Luis advised he had consumed alcoholic beverages and Maylen advised she consumed alcoholic beverages. Maylen and Luis performed standardized field sorority tests, and both showed impairment. Luis and Maylen both provided a failing preliminary breath test. Maylen consented to a legal chemical blood test. It should be noted that Luis had a revoked driver's license and had a prior charge for driving while revoked and the vehicle had no valid registration. While Officers searched Luis person, Officers located Cocaine. Luis Conteras Ocana arrested for DUI-alcohol-1st offense, Wrong Way on One Way, No Valid Registration/Truck - 51+ days, Possess Controlled Substance, Drive While Revoked/Impounded (city)- 2nd. Maylen Figueras Zambrano was arrested for DUI-Alcohol-1st Offense.

Brief Narrative: A female attempted to pass a check at Coffins Corner which was determined to be a fake check. Case is open.

Offense: Attempted Theft & Criminal Mischiefs
Victim: Commonwealth Electric Com Incident #: L25012668
Date and Time of Incident: between 1/20/25 & 1/31/25
Location of Incident: 700 E Stolley Park Rd
Brief Narrative: An employee for Commonwealth Electric Co out of Columbus NE, reported someone attempted to steal his work pickup, damaging the ignition switch. Suspects caused an estimated amount of damage to be at least $500.00.

Location of Incident: 700 E Stolley Park Rd
Brief Narrative: Fonner Park reported a Burglary. A 2018 GMC pickup was reported stolen, value $25,000.00. Also $917.00 in power tools were reported stolen and $88.00 in alcohol was reported stolen. Power tools were later recovered at a different location. A 20" x 20" window and trim damaged Est $150 in damage.

Location of Incident: 802 W 2nd St
Brief Narrative: On 02-01-2025 at approximately 14:38 hours a shoplifting call was dispatched to 802 W 2nd St. Smoker Friendly, where two males were observed taking merchandise from the store and failing to pay prior to leaving the store. The males were contacted near 1000 block of W 3rd S and identified as Jam Mamed and Buomkuoth Tang Jam was observed throwing a bottle of Hornitos Tequila valued at $23.99 at the foundation wall at 1003 W 3rd St and was observed trying to kick leaves over the bottle to conceal it. A records check was contacted and showed he had six theft convictions since 03-26-15 in Douglas County, Sarpy and Hall County Nebraska. Jam was transported to the Hall County Department of Corrections where he became combative with Corrections staff while being booked in. Officer contacted Buomkuoth near 311 N Lincoln Ave where he was in possession of St. Remy brand Brandy valued at $17 and two cans of Pringles chips valued at $3. Buomkuoth was issued a citation and released. Jal Mamed was arrested for Theft by Shoplifting $0-$500, Tampering With Physical Evidence pending class felony or higher. Buomkuoth Tang was cited for Theft by shoplifting $0-$500.

Brief Narrative: Responded to a report of a parked vehicle being damaged by another vehicle being driven by an unknown person. The vehicle that left was tracked by a fluid trail to an area east of Cottage and Lafayette and a female was in the driver’s seat. She identified herself with a Nebraska OLN, as Arlene Fast Horse. Officer smelled the odor of alcohol coming from her breath. She spoke with slurred speech. She denied hitting a car with hers. She denied drinking alcohol. After asking nicely several times she was ordered to exit her car, she refused and had to be pulled out by officers. She kept pulling away from officers and was detained in handcuffs. She refused to submit to a PBT. In her vehicle four empty bottles of Black Cherry 99 proof alcohol was located. After being placed under arrest she was transported to CHI St Francis for a medical clearance. While there she kicked an officer on two separate occasions.

Brief Narrative: An adult male contacted Police to report a theft of horse racing equipment at Fonner Park, near building R, 700 E Stolley Park Road. Subject reported two equipment totes stolen, one with a Horse Therapy Blanket stolen valued at $2500.00, four horse girths valued at a total of $200.00, and five horse bridals valued at $1000.00 total. Totes were valued at $40.00 apiece for a total of $80.00. Items were taken some time between 0900 hrs 1-30-25 and 0900 hrs 01-31-2025. Total Value in loss is $3780.00. Case is open.
