Offense: Child Abuse
Victim: 3 year old male, 8 year old male Incident #: L24061000
Offender: Gregory Knotts
Date and Time of Incident: between 6/10/24 & 6/12/24
Location of Incident: Within City Limits
Brief Narrative: On 6/12/2024 a child victim would disclose that Gregory Knotts had shown the victim several pictures of his genitals from his cell phone. The victim would also disclose that Gregory would show him a video from the same phone of a female performing oral sex to Gregory. Victim states that he asked Gregory to stop multiple times and he would not listen. It was found that Gregory knowingly and intentionally placed the child victim in a situation that endangers victim's mental health. It was also found that Gregory knowingly provided and/or displayed to a minor a motion picture film of sexual conduct and photographs of male genitals. Gregory Knotts was arrested for Intentional Child Abuse/ No Injury and Deliver Obscene Material to a Minor.

Offender: Caden Faubion

Location of Incident: 1814 N Eddy St
Brief Narrative: Faubion was found to have entered Casey's at 1814 N. Eddy on 6/12/24 at approximately 1905 hrs and drop a bag of what appeared to be a controlled substance on the floor. The bag was collected and confirmed to be methamphetamine. Faubion was contacted at his residence and admitted to dropping the bag and confirming its contents as being a controlled substance. Faubion was placed under arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Victim: 35 year old male Incident #: L24061094
Date and Time of Incident: between 1/1/18 & 12/30/23
Location of Incident: 656 MacArthur Ave
Brief Narrative: On June 12, 2024, at approximately 2230 hours, officers arrived at 656 MacArthur Ave in regard to the report of a belated theft in which the reporting party's tractor trailer was stolen while incarcerated, which involved falsified signatures on title documents for the vehicle. The investigation is on-going.

Offense: Terroristic Threats
Victim: 23 year old female Incident #: L24061069
Date and Time of Incident: 6/12/24 @ 17:20
Location of Incident: 1829 Sherman Ct
Brief Narrative: On 06/12/2024 Officers responded to 1829 Sherman Ct in response to a Threatening call for service. Upon arrival, officers talked to the victim who reported that the suspected individual came within inches of the victims face yelling at the victim, stating they would bring physical harm to the victim and the victim’s juvenile children. During the incident, the suspect threw the victim’s phone into a pool of water causing damage to the phone. The victim estimated the damage to be around $500. This case is open and active.
