Victim: Incident #: L24091547
Offender: Patricia Payton, John Rohrer
Date and Time of Incident: 6:11 pm 9/18/24
Location of Incident: 1416 W 3rd St.
Brief Narrative: On 09/18/2024, officers responded to an agency assist with Humane Society at 1416 W 3rd Street apt 5. Officers made contact with Patricia Payton who placed Marijuana in a box. Officers also located a used syringe and a small plastic baggy with Methamphetamine in the box. The methamphetamine tested positive during a presumptive test and weighed 0.5 grams. The marijuana weighed 3.1 grams. Officers also contacted John Rohrer inside the residence. Officers would locate a small baggy of marijuana next to the drug paraphernalia in John's bedroom. In the immediate area of the drug paraphernalia officers located a pill capsule bottle that would have a clear plastic baggy with methamphetamine. The methamphetamine weighed 5.9 grams. The marijuana weighed 2.1 grams.

Offense: Terroristic Threats
Victim: 67 yr. old male Incident #: L24091517
Offender: Askar Geedi Mohammed
Date and Time of Incident: 11:16 am 9/18/24
Location of Incident: 205 S Cedar St
Brief Narrative: At approximately 1116 9/18/24, Officers responded to 205 Cedar St S; reference a report of a threatening call for service. Victim reports that a male, later located and identified as Askar Geedi Mohammed, came into the business. While at the business, the male stated "I'll kill you", while tapping his pants pocket. The victim believe Askar might have something in his pocket that he might be killed with and the victim was scared. Askar was contacted, after being identified by the victim and placed under arrest. He was transported and booked into Hall County Jail.

Date and Time of Incident: 9:18 am 9/18/24
Location of Incident: 704 W 2nd St.
Brief Narrative: Mohamud Hassein was contacted near 3rd and Eddy Street following an attempted shoplifting incident at a nearby gas station, and would identify himself by writing down his name and date of birth. Mohamud was found to have a baggy of controlled substance and a syringe in his ball cap. Upon the discovery of the controlled substance, Mohamud fled on foot from Officers, though was later located and placed under arrest. Possession of Controlled Substance 28-416, IV FO

Offender: 8 yr. old male
Date and Time of Incident: 10:12 am 9/18/24
Location of Incident: 805 Beal St.
Brief Narrative: On 09/18/24 Officers responded to 805 Beal St, Lincoln Elementary School Skills Academy in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted a male juvenile student who had caused damage to a classroom, during the contact the male student would make homicidal threats to this officer.
