Offense: Drugs
Victim: Incident #: L24090950
Offender: Shawn Blazek
Date and Time of Incident: 9/12/24 @ 09:31
Location of Incident: 1100 Block S Eddy
Brief Narrative: Shawn Blazek was identified and contacted in the 1100 Block of South Eddy Street. Shawn was known to have an active Arrest Warrant in Hall County. Upon contact Shawn attempted to run from officer and a taser was deployed but was ineffective. Shawn continued to run from officer and refused to stop upon direction. Shawn was taken into custody upon physical force being used. A search of Shawn's person recovered baggie of white crystalline substance that provided a presumptive positive test for Methamphetamine. Shawn was arrested for Hall County Warrant, Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth), Obstruction Of Police, Resisting Arrest 1st Offense.

Offense: Attempted Robbery
Victim: 44 year old female & 43 year old male Incident #: L24090998
Offender: Enrique Rivero Tolon
Date and Time of Incident: 9/12/24 @ 20:22
Location of Incident: 366 N Broadwell
Brief Narrative: On 9/12/2024 at approximately 2022 hours, Officers were dispatched to a weapons offense near Super Saver, located at 1602 W 2nd St. Two victims reported that a suspect asked for money and then displayed a handgun. As Officers arrived on scene, a subject matching the description was observed fleeing the area on a bicycle. Officers would give chase to the male. Officer would canvas the area and locate the male attempting to hide on the porch of the residence. The male was identified as Enrique Rivero Tolon. Tolon was taken into custody for Obstructing a Police Officer and transported to the Hall County Jail. The reported Attempted Robbery remains under investigation.

Victim: 23 year old female Incident #: L24090983
Offender: 14 year old female
Date and Time of Incident: 9/12/24 @ 15:15
Location of Incident: 2710 North Rd
Brief Narrative: On 09/12/24 at 1515 hours Officers responded to Northwest High School
2710 N. North Rd in response to a terroristic threat call in which a juvenile student made
threats against the school. The student was contacted and is being referred for Terroristic
Threats.

Offense: Theft
Victim: U-Haul of Grand Island Incident #: L24090946
Date and Time of Incident: between 3/21/24 & 9/8/24
Location of Incident: 1730 S Locust
Brief Narrative: U-Haul of Grand Island reported a stolen carry on trailer from the lot. The trailer is stated to be taken between 08-31-24 and 09-08-24. The trailer is valued at $10,000.
