Brief Narrative: On 10/29/24, Eulogio conversed with a 13 year old female via social media. Eulogio, after learning the victim's age, began to entice her with an electronic communication device. A designated meetup time and location were discussed. On 10/29/24 Eulogio arrived at the designated meetup location and was subsequently arrested for Enticement by Electronic Device to Commit Sexual Assault [28-320.02] ID FELONY.

Brief Narrative: A male reported a possible theft of $20,600 through a money remittance company in Grand Island. Investigation is ongoing.

Date and Time of Incident: between 10/1/24 & 10/29/24
Location of Incident: 2709 Riverview Dr
Brief Narrative: Victim reported two rings that were on a statue hand were missing from her residence within the last month. Victim reported having remodeling work and a roof being replaced recently.
