Brief Narrative: Officers contacted Clifford Kennicott after he was observed trespassing along the Union Pacific railroad near the crossing at Lincoln Ave. Clifford was in possession of a fixed blade knife with a blade in excess of three and one half inches. Clifford is a convicted. Clifford was arrested for Criminal Trespass-2nd degree and Possession Deadly weapon by prohibited person.
